Synopsis: This poem shows how the presence of a genuine woman can uplift a man. His worries, stress, and fears evaporate upon the existence of her energy.
Pics of you are sick; question is: are they doctored?
If you're real, then we should fly away in a helicopter
Your face makes my reality seem like a dream
Not sure how to pinpoint it, but maybe it's Maybelline
I'm done driving this truck for the day; still, I'm distracted
And then our eyes lock and instantly, I'm impacted
Your serenity transitions me from thoughts to awareness
Cool, calm, and collective vivacity has me careless
Simple lessons I learned from you helped me realize
Like addressing actionable items and maintaining eagle eyes
I felt penalized by guilt, but I agree with how you theorized
When you're done with me, I might just Europeanize
Effortlessly, you kicked in the door breaking down my barriers
Arrived in your city sad, but I'm leaving happier
Unfortunately, the time went fast and it was brief
But you gifted me with priceless and much needed relief
